How much is shipping, how long will it take and is it insured?

For orders OVER £50/approx. $75/approx. €80:

• Worldwide:
  STANDARD: FREE, fully insured, 1-10 day delivery
  RUSH: additional £25 (±$38/±€40), fully insured, 1-5 day (depending upon destination) delivery by international courier
   

For orders UNDER £50/approx. $75/approx. €80:

• Worldwide:
  STANDARD: additional £5 (±$7.50/±€8.50), fully insured. 1-10 day delivery
  RUSH: additional £25 (±$38/€40), fully insured, 1-5 day (depending upon destination) delivery by international courier

If shipping rates to your particular country change you will be advised prior to processing the order.

How much is the item in my currency?

• We offer the option of payment in £, $ or €. We have also detailed approximate prices in Japanese ¥, Australian $ and Canadian $, but if you would like a more accurate price or you are from another part of the world, then click on your intended jewellery item for a blow up picture and specification of the piece. On this page you will find a link to 'Currency Converter'. This will give you an indication price in the currency of your choice.
   
• If you are not paying in £, $ or €. the actual amount billed to your credit card depends on what exchange rate your credit card company use at the time of transaction. You can always contact them to confirm what rate they will use.

Is all your jewellery authentic, including the watch brands?

• Every jewellery piece is the genuine article. We carry no fake or imitation items anywhere on our web site. All coloured gemstones and diamonds are natural stones. All gold articles will carry British Hallmarks detailing the gold content of the piece.
   
• All watches will come brand new with serial numbers intact and in the manufacturer's box.

Can I get a refund ?

• You may return the item for any reason at all for a full refund, less shipping costs, within 30 days of supply, but you will be responsible for the safe return of the piece, you will have to pay any shipping charges and it should be in new unmarked condition. Please contact us for return advice. PLEASE NOTE - this refund policy does not apply to those items that have been personalised on the cusomer's instruction e.g made to order pieces, engraving, special sizing etc. or where we have specifically advised that the refund policy does not apply.

Are any Custom's duties or fees payable in my country?

• You would have to check this out with your local goverment agencies. The courier will process all documentation and deliver direct to your door.

Do I pay VAT?

• VAT of 17.5% only applies to delivery in UK & European Union. All prices on this web site are shown excluding VAT.

What Credit Cards do you accept and do you accept any other form of payment?

• Credit cards: Mastercard, Visa, Amex, Diners, Discovery, Enroute, JCB, Switch.
   
• We also accept PayPal, NoChex, personal and company cheques, bank drafts, bank-to-bank payments and cash payments. These should always be accompanied by full contact details.

Is it safe to submit my Credit Card Details on your web site?

• Yes. The page where you will submit your Credit Card number is fully secured. A small padlock will show on the bottom of your page indicating this is a secure transaction.

How do I know that my order has been sent?

• Most orders will be shipped within 1 week. You will be advised if shipping is delayed beyond that time. An invoice will be emailed to you on the day of dispatch together with any relevant tracking or waybill numbers.
