1. None of the following conditions shall effect your statutory rights as a consumer.

2. The Buyer shall have the right to return the goods to the Supplier within a period of 30 days after receipt of the same goods. The goods must be in new, good, totally undamaged and totally unmarked condition. Returned items must not have been worn. This return policy will not apply to those goods that have been personalised for the Buyer, or to items that have been individually made or ordered for the Buyer, or if the Buyer has been informed to the contrary. Costs and risks in relation to the returned goods will vest with the Buyer. When returning goods the Buyer will be liable for all the shipping costs incurred, both incoming and outgoing.

3. Unless specific insurance cover is offered risk in the Goods shall pass to the Buyer when the Buyer or its agent or the courier takes delivery of the goods or collects them.

4. Even though risk in the goods has passed in accordance with Clause 3. the Buyer will not own the goods until one of the following events occurs:

  • 4.1 The Supplier is paid for the goods and no other amounts are outstanding from the Buyer to the Supplier in respect of other goods supplied by the Supplier;
  • 4.2 The Buyer sells the goods in accordance with this agreement in which case ownership of the goods will pass to the Buyer immediately before the goods are delivered to the Buyer's customer;
  • 4.3 The Supplier waives its right under Clause 3 in respect of specified goods whereupon ownership of those goods will immediately vest in the Buyer.


5. Before title has passed to the Buyer under the terms of Clause 4 and without prejudice to any of its other rights, the Supplier shall have the right to recover and resell the goods.

6. Should the Buyer alter the goods by subjecting them to any manufacturing process or incorporating them into another product or mixing them in any way, the Supplier will own the resulting product ("altered goods") until payment due under all contracts between the Supplier and the Buyer has been made in full and all the Supplier's rights under these clauses shall extend to the altered goods.

7. Until payment due under all contracts between the Buyer and the Supplier has been made in full:

  • 7.1 The Buyer shall hold upon trust for the Supplier the goods and altered goods.
  • 7.2 In the event of the sale or hire of the goods or altered goods by the Buyer he shall hold the proceeds of such sale or hire on trust for the Supplier.
  • 7.3. The Supplier may trace all such proceeds of sale or hire charges received by the Buyer through any Bank or other account maintained by the Buyer.
  • 7.4 In the event of sale or hire of the goods or the altered goods by the Buyer in the ordinary course of its business the Buyer shall assign its rights to recover the selling price or hire charges from the third parties concerned to the Supplier if required to do so in writing by the Supplier.
  • 7.5 The Buyer shall not assign to any other person any rights arising from a sale or hire of the goods or the altered goods without the express consent of the Supplier in writing.


8. If goods are destroyed by an insured risk prior to the same being paid for by the Buyer, the Buyer shall receive the proceed of the insurance as trustee for the Supplier.

9. All diamonds on this web site have been purchased from legitimate sources not involved in funding conflict in compliance with UN resolutions. Sovereign Diamonds guarantees that these diamonds are conflict free, based on personal knowledge and/or written guarantees provided by the supplier of the diamonds.

10. The laws of England shall apply .

11. All items are subject to availability.

12. All specifications and prices are subject to errors and omissions and we reserve the right to cancel or amend sales. No contract will subsist between you and Sovereign Diamonds for the sale by it to you of any product unless and until Sovereign Diamonds accepts your order by e-mail confirming that it has dispatched your product. That acceptance will be deemed complete and will be deemed for all purposes to have been effectively communicated to you at the time Sovereign Diamonds sends the e-mail to you (whether or not you receive that e-mail).
